I can do this with APIs, but would require `ISchemaFilter` support - see [#400](https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-openapi-extension/issues/400)
Another point is that you can then change the policy behaviour at runtime without a CI/CD cycle for most changes, e.g. changing the age of the HSTS duration
