Option for node rounding radius

It'd be nice if one could change how rounded the corners of the node are as currently there's no fully rounded option (pill shaped)

I have checked in a change to the master branch that uses the node padding value to determine the radius of rounded corners. The existing "pill" node shape also uses the node padding value to improve the look of those border types as well.
