[BUG]: Can't create new project via phalcon devtools

I'm new with phalcon and I have install phalcon devtools v5 but can't create-project Can someone give me a zip of starter project file in phalcon v5

@qojqvax where did you find the Phalcon Devtools v5? I see there is only Devtools v4 and it doesn't work with Phalcon v5 (only works with Phalcon v4)
