What does not work? The premier league relies on a data API provided on the subdomain footballapi.pulselive.com. With this domain blocked no scores/results etc load.

Which rule you believe is causing this? The general block on pulselive.com and subdomains appears to be causing this.

(disclosure: I work at Pulselive in the Platform team. While yes various pulselive properties do have analytics on their sites footballapi.pulselive.com is a pure rest API without any kind of analytics/tracking on it)
