Query tool asks for maintainance db password when trying to connect to another database

Describe the bug

When updating the connection from maintenance db to another db, query tool asks for maintenance db password.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open query tool for maintenance db
2. add a new connection to another db using new connection dialog
3. update the connection to maintenance db
4. disconnect the server
5. update the connection from maintenance db to another db
6. It asks for maintenance db password if server password is not saved or not saved.

Expected behavior

It should ask for password to connect to other db if password is not saved and not asks for password if server password is already saved.
