Write the developers documentation of the following files

We use Doxygen to generate the documentation http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/

Hii @dkastl @cvvergara !! I have submitted my proposal for GSoC 2021 for Implementation of BOOST Algorithm. Along with that I would like to work on this issue. Should I proceed with it?
