Adding vertical alignment preferences (top/bottom)

User feedback:

I use my 2nd large screen in a 2x2 config.

Starting from scratch and setting up 2x2 works fine - however the machine is a remote machine ( AWS Workspaces )

When I exit full screen ALL open windows are then back on the 1 monitor.

Once I go back full screen I can quickly re-position the top left and right windows where I want them however I have to drag the bottom left and right manually.

If there were buttons for Align Bottom and Align Top then I could quickly push each window back to any of the 4 quadrants in the 2x2 without manually dragging the bottom two windows.
