Hue API V2

According to the official documentation, the Hue API V2 has reached production maturity.

The V2 API offers many improvements and for example an event stream to subscribe to changes as they happen.

While I would love to see this being incorporated in this package, maybe this is also a great chance for a clean slate?

I was looking for this too. Had to build my own package in the meantime since this one is outdated
