[filter] Enable the local/remote filter

What?

As a user, I want have the possibility of filtering the journal locally but highlighting the results and remotely to reduce the transfer size to have the whole context of the messages

How?

It would be a good idea of having some checkbox for enabling the possibiliy of filtering in remote (using the -t flag) or alternativelly in the clients' side.

Depending on the selection

• If the filter is made in remote, then the output is colorize based on #56
• If the filter is made locally, the the output is displayed in lightGray
