Timestamps feature added

Timestamps can be toggled with timestamps command or enabled with "-z --timestamps" argument.

Hello and thank you for opening this pull request. I'm unsure whether this feature is in-scope given the "minimalistic" approach of microcom. I'd like to discuss this at the earlier similar PR https://github.com/pengutronix/microcom/pull/38
