Fixes for targeting API 33

@pelya , I needed these changes in order to run Bochs (built with SDL 1.2) on Android 11+ while targeting API 33 (Android 13). I cannot guarantee that it's suitable for pelya/commandergenius in general, so please check once you have possibility to do so.
