Ur quan for android hires doesn't work

I have attempted several times and methods for resolving this issue to no avail. First of all, I chose download to sdcard to begin with which does not save to the sdcard. The splash screen says hires, but then if you try to play the game you get the attached error. I have tried copying all the files to the sdcard from main memory as well as copying the hires4x.uqm file to a veriety of locations to no avail.
