Rebase hp-wmi.c against Linux 5.17

Hello! Lately, the hp-wmi module has been updated with some new functionality related to performance profiles, and it also got some cleanup in the rfkill code. Because of that, using this module disables important functionality.

I rebased your changes against the latest stable version (5.17) so that this module will enhance the current functionality.

Working with and tested only against my HP Omen 15-en0027no (2020 model, Ryzen 4800H, RTX 2060 Mobile, 16 GB RAM)
