Does buildifier support removing empty sections?

Does buildifier support removing empty sections? For example ``` my_rule( name = "foo", deps = [ ], ) ``` I would like to have deps removed. Thanks!

Show blame layer right justified

Flushing the blame text toward the left onto the regular source code makes it somehow a hazard visually. Would be nice if we can make that layer right justified? Thanks!
