Update openaddresses files list for the north-america project

This brings the list of openaddresses data files up to date with the data available on https://batch.openaddresses.io/data as this reflects the current sources maintained.

:wave: I did some awesome work for the Pelias project and would love for everyone to have a look at it and provide feedback.

Here's the reason for this change :rocket:

• This brings the list of data files pulled for Canada, Mexico, and the United States up to date with what is currently available through openaddresses data sources.
• There was many warnings when downloading all the data as there were files defined here that have been removed from openaddresses. This fixes that for the time being based off current data sets.
