Connection is broken

I have been using peerjs for about 1 month. Some users have problems during the call. Audio and video are interrupted. I saw something interesting when I checked the logs. One of my users who has a disconnection problem is disconnected from the server even if the call is not closed. Finally, I use Turn server.
