SFU for peerjs

I have a working peerjs videoconference web app: https://smartmeet-a5fed.firebaseapp.com/ but unfortunatly the mesh architecture performances scales really bad, in particular if you partecipate with smartphones the connections start lags freeze and crush with 4-5 peers.

Do you know a compatible SFU server module (better if in Node.js) compatible with peerjs ? There is any will to build one ?
