How to set video quality ?

I'm trying to set video quality to be the same as the "IP webcam" application. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pas.webcam

Hello,

I don't understand. First of all this project don't support ip camera. If you want increase video quality, you should modify parameters of prepareVideo method to set resolution and bitrate desired.
