etcd服务发现

当有新的服务端上线后，其他服务端能把他添加到自己的一致性哈希Map中吗。看了下好像不能，如果要实现的话得咋操作。。。

同问，没看到他这个里面服务节点增加或者减少的时候一致性哈希map对应的变化啊
