Allow fetching more rows in table explorer

Currently, the table explorer just displays the first 1000 rows. Having a button to fetch more rows would be useful.

The lazy-loading that the CSV file reader/explorer uses is amazing. It can handle files with a million rows, and yet feels like it's got the whole thing available (at least, on my laptop with a fast SSD).
