There are several settings for icons and you didn't include your settings in the issue...
Can you please describe what you expected, what the actual behavior was and step by step what you did?
There is a lot of private data in the debugging information. This makes it difficult for me to write bug reports.

I just launched the application and looked at the toolbar. I expect disabled buttons to be grey, and buttons that are gray (actually they are enabled) in the screenshot should be white.
There were no dark versions for those icons (and also not available in the breeze dark theme). I did draw some now. Thank you.
There now is a new release, could you please test it and report if it works for you?
Now that you are asking... Good question, the internal dark icons don't seem to have such a state. The "light" do... @Waqar144, do you by any chance know how Qt handles that?
I think its handled by QIcon::Mode. Maybe its that our light mode icons have this, but not dark ones. Will need to see how dark mode icons are handled to know what's happening.
I can't see any difference in the rc files, the theme files or or how the theme is handled in code...
Is there any particular icon that causes this issue? I tried with the icons in the first comment and they seem to be working as expected i.e., gray out on disable
I added the following buttons to the panel:
- Edit encrypted note
- Decrypt note
Both buttons are displayed in pure white.
