Improvement request: Add awareness of folders and tags to the "Link a URL or note" dialog
Here's what the dialog looks like in v20.4.2 build 691:

You can see that there are two notes named "content". The names are context-dependent, and the context is provided by which folder they're in. Unfortunately, there's no way to know which note is in which folder, so the dialog can't be used except by trial and error.
It would be much more useful if the folder hierarchy were visible, and started based in the folder of the current note being edited. The search bar would, by default, search through the current folder and all subfolders. And possibly it should be pre-populated with the text of the link, since most links can be expected to be similar to the titles of the notes they link to.
Here's a wireframe of what I'm thinking:

There are two notes named NoteA, but because you can see what folders they're in, you know which is which. I didn't draw anything to do with tags, but probably it would be good to have some visibility or control over them also.
