Arabic/Persian letter-spacing in `Loading` element

Describe the Bug

When the langauge of the admin portal is set to Arabic or Persian then the letter spacing found here breaks the text apart (which shouldn't happen in Arabic/Persian) as seen in the image below, I marked the spaces in red dots

I think we can either remove the letter-spacing form here or we can detect if the langauge is (Arabic/Persian/Urdu) and remove the letter-spacing accordingly

To Reproduce

• Start a new payload app
• Switch language to Arabic (or persian)
• Visit the account page (or hard reload) to trigger the loading overlay
• You'll notice a space between the Arabic/Persian letters (which shouldn't happen)
