installing on windows is a bit more tricky due to hawk ;\

I currently have no time to do something for ethersync. Maybe in a week. Please be patient. Also note, that it seams currently unstable. I need to write some tests to fix ethersync for more corner cases. Also note that I have no Windows setup to reproduce this error, so my usual approach would be searching for someone who had a problem with these dependencies before.
