Update Brazilian Translation

The PT-BR translation was completely out of date with regard to the English files. This Pull Request completely updates the Brazilian translation.

Oh I'm sorry. I had tried to locate a Crowdin, but as I couldn't find it, I did it by code. I will send it there as soon as possible.
