Generated aliases are not unique

I got these recommendations on one run:

cd 82: 'cd' => c [...others...] cat 41: 'cat' => c

To avoid confusion, the tool should keep track of recommendations and suggest alternatives when initials overlap.

Ideally, the tool would also suggest unique aliases which save the highest amount of keystrokes. In my case, aliasing "cd" to "c" would save 41 strokes, whereas aliasing "cat" would save 82, so preference should be given to "cat"; but the tool seems to suggest the opposite, since it's only looking at frequency.
