bash/zsh operators should be exluded from suggests

I've ran huffshell and get this suggestion:

for 30: 'for' => f
  I 30: 'for I' => fi
    in 30: 'for I in' => fii

this is wrong, you can't redefine "fi" in bash.

I hadn't thought to create a list of shell reserve words and exclude them from the alias list. It is an interesting idea.

The alias suggestion capabilities are a very simple at this point. This is a potentially nice improvement.

$ fi
