Publishing a new version of the package requires too much manual work

You have to change the version number in .semver and .appveyor.yml

And then manually run a deployment to nuget in appveyor

Oops, forgot to do this for https://github.com/pauldambra/ModulusChecker/pull/21. Would you be able to push it manually again?

We can solve the 2nd point with adding a deploy section to https://www.appveyor.com/docs/deployment/nuget/?
