chore(docs): Added ouia props documentation to components that support them

What: Closes #7185

  • Added ouia props to the props table of components that support them.
  • removed TabButton form the list of components with OUIA support since it is not consumer facing.
  • Added ModalBoxCloseButton to list

Should the Chip component have the ouiaId prop added? Other than that question things look good!
