Bug - [Expandable Section Truncate Demo] - cypress test is failing

Describe the problem Followup to #11625 , currently expandablesectiontruncate.ts is not include into testing. It is failing the conditionally rendering test.

How do you reproduce the problem? https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/blob/42eea0ff2352f1352d5943eca14ab8cf66eab161/packages/react-integration/cypress/integration/expandablesectiontruncate.ts#L11-L19

The above test is failing.

Expected behavior The file should be renamed to expandablesectiontruncate.spec.ts so that it is included in testing and the test should not fail.
