Kayla and I think the ChatBot stuff looks fine. I checked manually against the release candidate versions within the docs framework and didn't see any regressions. We also had a few products test that version of the extension. Checked the box! I think we will need to update the docs framework version in ChatBot before the final release number goes out.

@dlabaj I think things look good overall. There's some followups for the animations codemod that we should at least try to get in (really only 1 thing fro dual list selector), but it won't really break anything as-is -- it'll just add a prop that won't do anything/isn't necessary.

Release highlights I left some feedback is all.
