Testing Requirements Need to be Updated

For accessibility testing, we need to update the browsers that PFE components should work in. We possibly need to remove IE from the list. As of February 2022, only 9% of access.redhat.com users are using Microsoft browsers. Only 3.2% of those users are on IE 11.

We also need to add the appropriate screen readers to be used for the browser being tested.
