Bug: PFE-Icons backgrounds height (Samsung Internet)

Description of the issue

When I view PFE-Icons in the Samsung Internet (Galaxy S20), the circled backgrounds are not round and do not fully cover the icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'PFE-Icon demo page' in the Samsung Galaxy S20 Internet browser.
2. View the icon
3. The background color is not extending the full height of the icon.

Expected behavior

Icons with the circle background should cover the entire icon.
