Description of the requested feature

This request is for a combo component. This is a short banner that promotes an important message. It can be used across websites, depending on the relevance of the message and the target audience.

It should contain slots for:

  • logo
  • message
  • CTA

Do we need any customization hooks? Dark mode or background color settings? Should it have a sticky option? A dismiss button? cc @coreyvickery

@starryeyez024 @castastrophe My team is working on a Universal navigation component that will aim to include announcements, so the current Announcement component will deprecate or change considerably. I think we can mark this issue as On hold, Blocked, or something else.
