AudioChecklist Closes down after clicking start

I've tried using the checklists in both the Zibo 737-800 and LevelUP 737-700 using the ZiboDefault SOP, and both times after clicking the start button, the checklist shows for about one second and then closes. The LandingRate Plugin then show's its menu at the top as if the AudioChecklist crashed FlywithLUA, but it then immediately restarted.

I checked the log and attached it here. There appears to be a line near the bottom that says "AIRCRAFT/LEVELUP/737NG SERIES/LIVERIES/N904WN - SWA-HT/FlyWithLua Error: OpenAL source ID not found reloading scripts" after which it appears to commence a restart. Log.txt
