Re-organize color scheme

Right now it is rather difficult to update colors used in the theme because they're hardcoded. In JavaFX you can define colors under .root and reference them elsewhere in the CSS. I recommend having a look at the work in my fork to see how I accomplished that. Granted you probably don't want the dark theme but with all the colors in one place it is easier to change that quickly.
