Add theme switcher

Currently we're using the default light blue theme that comes bundled with Mahapps. Mahapps provides a complete theme switcher/manager, along with the opportunity for dark mode. We should incorporate this into Azuser.

Most of the screens should abide by DynamicResource and this should be a case of just adding the theme manager to the desktop client.
