Data in image:exif:DateTimeOriginal being sent formated as Local to Elastic vis ElasticSearchIndexTask, but without the timezone information.

Solves #2668 Exports bookmarks created automatically by P2PBookmarker to OpenSearch. I am not sure if it solves completely #2664, but it worked in processing UFDR cases I tested.

Bookmarks created at processing/indexing time by P2PBookmarker are not exported to Elastic/OpenSearch by ElasticSearchIndexTask.

Update ElasticSearchIndexTask support to be compatible with Opensearch 3.2
