create a GitHub pages branch

Why not creating a GitHub page with the game itself?

If no one does it I'll make a pull request in next few days :)

I've prepared the PR in my fork but, as you'll know, GitHub pages requires the special branch called gh-pages and I can't open it on your repo. This leads to the fact that I'm not able to create a valid PR since it'll only give me master branch as base branch..

Please create a branch named gh-pages so that I can open the PR.. :)

Sorry for the delay, I've gone through the generator and there is now a gh-pages branch.
