Supports Multiple Port Listening?

Greetings!

The ReadMe was unclear if this is supported. Can one have the server listen on multiple different ports and only forward them to destinations with matching ports?

EDIT: Also the ability to specify multiple IPs as well would be useful as well. Like you can still listen to the default route per usual, but if any outbound packets for a particular IP address are detected they are transferred as well.
