I also encountered such a bug (or is it a chip?), it helped me to set the parameter in ConfigurationParameters

generateOutDates: .off

And it worked out as follows

ConfigurationParameters(startDate: startDate,
                                       endDate: endDate,
                                       numberOfRows: 1,
                                       calendar: Calendar.current,
                                       generateInDates: .forAllMonths,
                                       generateOutDates: .off
                                       hasStrictBoundaries: true)
