Add patchlevel prefix for all our tags, service and commands to prevent conflicts with other bundles

We should add a prefix for our tags since event_sourcing is kinda general and could lead to some conflicts in the future. So instead of event_sourcing.processor we can use patchlevel.event_sourcing.processor.
