Feature request: help command

It would be pretty useful to have a help command to list the controls, and arguments.

have you considered which available keys, if any, your wish would claim?

obivously, something like "second consecutive pause without line break displays help", so double-tapping space would display help [outside of pathologically-crafted texts]
