Feature: Device_Tracker

This network scanner works very well over multiple subnets. Current NMAP integration has issues with this, along with being unstable.

Anyway, since your scanner already scans every 15 minutes (maybe make it user adjustable?), how difficult would it be to make the detected devices into device_tracker entities?
