Setting screen is without titles

image When I want to add integration, I see only field without titles and I don't know what I have to fill to each field.

i tried adding translation file as per the docs, but still does not help. need help with this issue.

Each of the mappings (1 ........x) is a single mapping for a mac address, so you add:

mac_mapping_1: "bc:14:14:f1:81:1b;Brother Printer;Cloud Network Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd." mac_mapping_2: "b1:81:11:31:a1:b1;My iPhone;Apple Inc."

This is documented in the READ on the code page. (That above example was from there)
