API v1 update

The latest v1 api is now v1.1.

It would be nice to update the code to support this one since calls to https://circleci.com/docs/api/v1 are not working anymore.

Moreover, despite the documentation provided here : https://circleci.com/docs/api/v1/#circleci-v1-api-overview

The :username is not needed anymore in every endpoints.

Aslo need https://github.com/particledecay/circlecli/issues/10
