Can we just update this repo

Is there a reason why this repo doesn't get updated or does it live on in another project. It seems pretty awesome but I'm afraid of using it due to the lack of maintenance around it. There's also the flashlight work that's done by Facebook as well but it's not really setup to be used in pytorch.

I'm also looking for substitutes, some compiling problems are really annoying
