windowns下是否无法安装ctcdecode

今天进行一天了，安装文档进行安装。但是最后进行pip install ctcdecode的时候。一直卡住不动，根本无法完成安装。请问是不是在windowas下无法安装ctcdecode模块？ image

@Arch-gx can not install ctcdecode on windows pc

this module not support win platform?
