suggestion to warn of leaving graph

First of all, thank you ! awesome work .. just one suggestion, when you navigate away from a memory graph that has been collecting for a while, and you quickly want to look at the graph of another process, perhaps warn the user that the graphs will be re-set when you get back.

that or actually save the history so you can get back to the same graph.

(i clicked on your github link and lost 12 hours of data collection...so that is why i am here ;) )

other than that, no complaints. awesome !!
