Non-Android Capability

Hello, I'm porting a C++ application currently to Kotlin that extensively uses the Eigen library, so as such I'm curious about this project.

Is this library able to be used in Kotlin without Android? I'm just developing a normal Kotlin JVM application. If not, would you recommend something like KMath?
